Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Regular-priced orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days from the order date (excluding carrier transit time).

• Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping within the U.S.! Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days.

Order Tracking: After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

• Condition: We accept unworn returns and exchanges in their original condition with all tags, cards, and boxes.
• Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Resolution Guarantee: We’re committed to resolving any issues with your PJs.
• Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, processing is typically completed within 7-10 days.
• Return Shipping Costs: We offer free returns. Simply arrange the return, and we’ll cover the shipping fees.
• Exchanges: For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the different item. We’ll handle the return shipping costs.
